URG!!!

My AC adapter died, So looking for a new one. until then i will not be on much which sucks because I will have nothing to do tomorrow. how is clean laundry is done and I have no car. Couldn't it have waited until next week. jeez. I can use the boys' computer but i don't like the sit. This sucks

The big one!!!

I don't know what to do. I am so tired of the fighting. I try to just talk to him. I try to reason with him. If I tell him no or to choose something else he cries or whines that I am not fair. Today we went tobogganing' he cried all the way up but guess what he loved it and did it again. We have tryed counseling and it works for awhile but I don't have the money to keep going. I talk to him ask him whats going on how he is feeling. I am trying to my best to be as good as mom as I can but man this is hard. We have laughs lots of laughs but sadly also lots of tears from both of us. Sometimes I just feel like a failure.

The joys of Boys!!!

With raising boys' by myself I am going into uncharted territory with the oldest going to be 10 in a couple weeks. So this is a convo we had tonight. He was Rubbing his area and I asked if he was ok. he said Yes, I rub it to smooth it out when its hard. I died, that's it I have to laugh or I will never get thur this lol.

They placed 3rd!!!

The Jv basketball team placed team. the last game they played very very well and only lost by 5 points. 45-50. I also think the other team played dirty but I'm new at this. The kids are tired. Tomorrow we go Toboggan. This weekend has bee very busy and I can't wait for tuesday wheni can sleep in lol. We have 1 more game on tuesday and that is all. This coming week is also spirit week so no uniform's. This years days are Patriotic, sports, clash day and Big red. The kids can't wait. i am watching Big Love, then going to take a shower then going to bed to get up and go tobogganing, not sure if i'm actually going to do it but we will see.

Does anyone know how in the world I can make paragraphs? I hit enter and it just goes crazy. I tried six ways from sunday to make the last post 2 paragraphs and every time I hit preview or post it was one. Thanks in Advance, I am still getting use to this blog thing

busy and cold week

It got to -15 with a wind chill of -33, so it was very very cold(to say the least). I love the cold I have no problems with it except the ice, I don't like the ICE. The think is we just moved in Sept to a very old house and it has no installation, so it gets even more cold in the house. So I don't want to do house work because the only room that is nice and cozy is my room that has plastic over the windows and a portable heater lol. The maintenance man came last night to help me with the plastic and is coming to find out what is wrong with the furnace. It works but not like it should. I have the thermostat set to 82 and its only 50 in the house. The busy part has been the basketball tournament the big one has been in this weekend. Thankfully it is very local as in 10 minutes away, but has taken then homebody out of her house. They played 1 game yesterday and won 41-21. Today they played 2 games the first game they played they won 50-something to 30-something. then they played again and didn't do so hot. but only lost by 11 so we will get them again tomorrow. They play again at 1 and they have played both teams. Oh its double-elimination, If they win again tomorrow they will play the team they lost to today. So lets pray they win WOOOHOOO. Did I forget to mention its life service at church tomorrow and the kids are leading. The kids that are on the team have to leave a little early to go to the tournament. So tomorrow will be another busy day, as will Monday since we are going to toboggan woohooo lol.

Long Day!!!

Today has been so busy from 330 on. The big one had a basketball game it was suppose to be at 530 and ended up being at 415. I shoveled the 5 inches of snow from our sidewalks so wecan get 2-4 inches more, oh yea. after they won the game we went and got a pizza, ate, homework then off to boy scouts where both of them got there whittling chip card yea. the big just took a bath and is going to go to bed. then me time because I'm sore and had to take a happy pill.

Sundays are boring but good

We went to church this morning. The alarm(on cell) was in living room so I didn't hear it. so we got up late but were not late to sunday school. Came home got the chicking ready and in oven. The kids' are Wii-ing and i'm going to lay down before I get a headache. When I get up i'm going to finish lunch then Wii myself. I love sundays.

Mission Accomplished!!!

All christmas stuff is in boxes and in the basement. I have my living back. I got all but 3 dishes done because I ran out of hot water so will be going to finish them in a bit. tomorrow nothing has to be done YEA. But the kids have been extra annoying today urg.

just feel blah!!

Since the New Year I have felt blah. I don't want to do anything. no dishes which are the bain of my exsitence. laundry( but I have kept up on), house work. Today I would really like to take the tree down and stuff. I think I am going to go turn on the music and get on some kids butts to help me. but really its saturday and won't it be there monday. but then I think if we wait until then. The big one has a basketball game monday AND tuesday, cub scouts monday, I have my quilting bible study tuesday. wednesday we have the rock. thursday Oh i'm free. friday starts a 3 day basketball tourney. hmm I guess I will get off my A** and go start or it will still be up 2 weeks from now when I will actually be able to get to it.

We're Going to Disneyworld!!!!

I am so excited. I cannot wait until june. We are going to Disneyworld at the end of june. We were going to go to California. If we had gone to California we would have gone to legoland, disneyland/California Adventure, Sea World and Zoo or Wild Animal Park. We decided to go to Disneyworld when we offered an AWESOME deal. I mean if I turn it down i'm just stupid. So being that i'm not that stupid, They said deal or no deal and I said DEAL. lol. So we are going. then I was thinking you only turn 30 once(not in my case it WILL be the number I turn. lol) that I want to go on Disneycruise with my babies and my parents. I looked up for next year and that have one that is out to see ON my birthday. I think its a sign. Plus I still want to go to CA next year. hmmmm. trips trips trips lol. I can't wait until june. I have wanted to go for Years and its finally happening. Life is good.

ok I suck at this!

I am going to try to do better at this. But I have no clue if anyone is reading. so this is an update since august. I had a birthday. it was great The best adult birthday so far, until next year. 7 of us went to dinner then to see Mamma Mia. It was awesome.

The kids had started school and love it. The big one started playing the Clairnet, which is what I played when I was younger. september was boring except for Grey's Anatomy starting and so far loving this season.

October was cool we had the harvest party. The big one was Han Solo and the little was Yoda. So cute,oh yea I was a Whoopie Cushion,don't laugh I was cute.

Then November brought on Thankgiving which means family and urg the only reason i dread holidays. between thanksgiving and new years as a family we meet no less then 5 times. 5 times to many if you ask me. thanksgiving actually wasn't so bad as I was home by myself by 5, oh yea lol.

Then the small one turned 6(cry cry) on dec. 14th. it started the family drama. I always take my children out on there birthday for dinner then have thier friends party around it depending on grandma's schudule. So this year we had to make it the following saturday. The little one wanted to go skating. No problem I made it it for 1230 to 3pm at a local rink, what we didn't is there was a major ice storm coming. so back to dinner. some how a small thing became a big thing and someone got left out and there feelings hurt. The part that gets me is they wouldn't have come if they had been invited. So the following week the weather gets bad and the worst Ice storm I have seen since I moved here 5 years ago. by thursday over an ince of ice was on the ground everything looked frozen in time. the last day of school was cancelled has was everything else. Over 100,000 people were without power, we were not one of them. Come christmas a week later about 10,000 still didn't have it back on.

Me and the small one had surgery 2 days before christmas. The small one had tonsils and sinus' cleaned out. The sinus' were infected and packed. I had my sinus' cleaned out and my septum fixed. we are both on the mend.

We spent new years home Wiiing in the new year. Tomorrow I plan to get all the Christmas decorations down and in the basement. I won't be able to take the front stuff down untilthe snow melts. We are stuck in the house until at least monday.

I will try to get better at this. even if no one is reading.
