More Shirts to Skirts

I don't know what I am doing what but they are coming out like mini skirts which is not what I want. So I emailed the gal whose blog I come it from, Hopefully she cant help me. I have never had this much trouble with sewing something before. So no pictures today. Possibly tomorrow.
